Cancellation And Deposits

How deposits, rescheduling and missed appointments work, set out plainly before you book.

Deposits

A 30% deposit secures your appointment and comes off the price of your treatment. Appointments are not held without one.

Changing Your Appointment

If you need to move or cancel, please give at least 48 hours notice. With that notice your deposit moves to your new appointment, or is refunded if you would rather not rebook.

Short Notice And Missed Appointments

The deposit is non-refundable. With less than 48 hours notice it is retained, because the appointment time can rarely be filled at short notice.

If you do not attend and do not let us know, a charge of 50% of the treatment price applies, and card details are held on file for this reason.

Running Late

If you are running late, call or message as soon as you can. We will always try to fit you in, but if there is not enough time left to treat you safely the appointment may need to be rearranged.

If We Need To Cancel

If Gemma has to cancel or postpone, you will be offered the first available alternative or a full refund of your deposit, whichever you prefer.

If Treatment Is Not Suitable

If your consultation shows a treatment is not right for you, no treatment fee is charged and your deposit is refunded in full, or put towards a more suitable treatment if you prefer. You are never charged for honest advice.

Illness

Please do not attend if you are unwell, or if you have an infection or a cold sore near the treatment area. Let us know as early as you can and the appointment will be moved without penalty.
