What Skin Tag Removal Involves

Skin tags are small, harmless growths that catch on clothing and jewellery and often sit somewhere inconvenient. Removal is quick and priced by area rather than per tag, so a cluster costs the same as one.

Every area is assessed before anything is removed. If a lesion does not look like a straightforward skin tag, Gemma will not treat it and will advise you to see your GP instead.

That assessment is the part that matters most, and it is the reason to have this done by someone medically trained.

A Good Fit If

  • Tags that catch on clothing
  • Something in an awkward spot
  • Wanting it checked, not just removed
  • A clean, quick fix

Not The Right Choice If

  • The lesion is changing, painful or bleeding, that needs a GP first
  • You have tried to remove it yourself already
  • You want a guarantee of no mark at all

Your Appointment

Ask Her Anything. She Will Tell You Straight.

  • Will it hurt?
  • Will I bruise?
  • Will I still look like myself?

These are the three that come up most. You get real answers before anything comes out of a packet, and if the honest answer changes what you should have, she will say so.

  1. 01

    The Consultation

Your medical history, your skin and your goals, talked through properly. You will know what would help, and what would not, before you decide anything.

  2. 02

    The Treatment

Each area is assessed, numbed where appropriate, and the tags removed by Gemma personally.

  3. 03

    The Aftercare

Written aftercare to take home, and Gemma is a message away if anything comes up before your review.

  4. 04

    Ready When You Are

Book a consultation and Gemma will assess your skin properly, then tell you honestly what would help.

The Things People Actually Ask

Straight answers to what comes up most before someone books.

Not Sure If It Would Suit You?

Message her on WhatsApp. She answers them herself.

Every lesion is assessed first. Anything that does not look like a clear-cut skin tag is not treated here, and you will be advised to see your GP. This is not a judgement call worth rushing.

Numbing is used where appropriate. Most clients describe it as quick and very manageable.

Healing is usually very neat, though this depends on the site and on you. Aftercare instructions matter here.

The tag removed does not return, but new tags can appear elsewhere over time.

Some conditions and sites are better dealt with by your GP or a dermatologist, and you will be told plainly if that is the case.

What Else To Consider

Other treatments worth knowing about, and the skincare that keeps the result going once you are home.

Skincare That Actually Suits Your Skin

Shop-bought skincare is weaker for a reason. The professional stuff works, but the wrong active on the wrong skin does more harm than none at all, so she picks it after seeing your skin and orders it in for you.
