The information here is general and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a consultation. Nothing on this site should be taken as a promise of a particular result, because outcomes vary between individuals.
Every injectable treatment begins with a consultation. Treatment only goes ahead if Gemma considers it clinically appropriate for you. If it is not suitable, it will not be carried out and any deposit will be refunded in full.
You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for giving accurate and complete medical information before treatment.
Prices listed on this site are a guide and are confirmed at consultation. A 30% deposit is taken to secure an appointment, with the balance due on the day. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms are set out in the cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
You will be given written aftercare. Following it is important to your result and your safety. Contact the clinic straight away if you have any concern after treatment.
Clinical photographs may be taken as part of your record. They are only used publicly if you have given separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. The clinic is fully insured through Omny for every treatment offered.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
